HOW IT WORKS

One draw will take place this year, a 50/50 Raffle on Monday May 25, 2026.

At 2:00 p.m. on May. 27, 2026, a winning ticket will be randomly drawn electronically from tickets sold. One lucky participant will take home 50% of the financial proceeds of tickets sold. The remaining proceeds will help with ongoing operations and building improvements.

Online 50/50 Tickets

All 50/50 sales are cashless. You can purchase your 50/50 tickets online. Tickets will be available to purchase online as of Jan. 15, 2026, and will be available for purchase until 11:59AM May 25, 2026.

Please note to purchase online you need to be a resident or located within Manitoba.

Purchasing 50/50 Tickets at the venue

Look for our QR code signs around the venue as well as our friendly 50/50 sellers wearing volunteer lanyards.

Pricing: 1 for $10, 4 for $20, 20 for $50 or 100 for $100 (cashless sales only)

DRAWING A WINNER

The winning number will be drawn at 2:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026, and will be announced on our website, Rafflebox’s website, our Facebook and Instagram pages. The winner will receive 50% of the total sales.

Winners have 30 days to claim their prize after being contacted by the West End Cultural Centre. Winners must provide first name, last name and phone number upon claiming prize.

Photo identification is required to claim a prize.

A single entry can only win one prize.

Prizes will be mailed to winners within 30 days of the prize being claimed.

Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

Raffle tickets are not eligible for tax receipts.

Please note you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of or within Manitoba to purchase tickets.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Tickets are sold through Rafflebox at the following prices:

a. 1 for $10

b. 4 for $20

c. 20 for $50

d. 100 for $100

2. Ticket purchasers receive their ticket purchase confirmation via e-mail or with a printed ticket.

3. The winning tickets will be drawn electronically at the West End Cultural Centre at 2:00 p.m. and will be posted to the West End Cultural Centre website, the Rafflebox website, on the West End Cultural Centre Facebook and Instagram pages.

4. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw date via the information provided at the time of ticket purchase. The winner will have 30 days to claim their prize. Once the winning ticket is confirmed by the West End Cultural Centre, the winner will be paid by cheque.

5. Winners have 30 days to claim their prize. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being contacted, West End Cultural Centre will retain ownership of the prize, which supports the ongoing operations and venue improvements.

6. Participants must be minimum of 18 years of age and a resident of or located within Manitoba to purchase a 50/50 ticket. The draw is open to all those 18 years of age or older except for the following:

a. West End Cultural Centre permanent employees and members of the Board of Directors

7. The West End Cultural Centre Raffle Licence LGCA LGCA 3864-RF-49465 is issued by the Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba. The Licence is issued subject to terms and conditions and general licensing provisions of the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba.
